The Fall Schedule is HERE!!! Catch me not 1, not 2, but 3 times at Greater Waterbury YMCA !!! Starting TOMORROW! I will be kicking off as the new Cardio Dance Fitness Instructor starting at 6pm! We are in for a good time! Thank you to Carolyn Rose for entrusting me with this group! I can’t wait to get the party started! 💃🏽🎉
The Caribbean Flow for Monday Night Zumba was so amazing! The vibes were 🔥 and the energy was top tier! Way to move ladies! It’s always a good time in Monday Night Zumba at Greater Waterbury YMCA ❤️💃🏽🎉🔥🔥🔥🔥

Today we kicked off our Saturday Zumba Remix Class! It was such a blast! These ladies came ready for all I had to offer and enjoyed every minute! Can’t wait to see everyone next weekend at the same time! ❤️💃🏽💃🏽
