North Country Hurricanes AAU Basketball

Fun day in the gym tonight, going 1-1 against some tough competition. On to the playoff bracket tomorrow against 1 seed from other pool. Girls played tough today never gave up and came out on top in game two to secure the 2nd seed in our pool. It’s not the wins and loses in our book but the memories and getting better each time we go in the gym. Girls are having fun and will remember this experience more than the competition. Tomorrow is the big travel day for most of the team. Just want to wish everyone safe travels and look forward to a big weekend !!

Big week starting today, countdown to Spooky Nook !!! Come join us for open gym Wednesday, last week was a lot of fun so don’t miss out this week. Look forward to seeing even more new faces!!!

As we prep to take on spookynook next weekend in PA, we welcome any girls that would like to come play some basketball to open gym Wednesday night. This past Wednesday we had a good run warming up with a few drills some 3v3 and finished with 5v5. WHS, Gouverneur, South Lewis, Lowville and IR all had a girl or two there. Let’s see what other schools we can get !!

In the wise words of Pitbul we are “bringing it back”. Open gym was a lot of fun last night and with a good showing of ladies wanting to hoop here is next weeks open gym. Look forward to seeing even more new faces.
