We’re so proud to celebrate Mia on successfully completing the Level 1 Beginner Series at Cow Creek Stables! 🌟

Throughout her lessons, Mia has shown dedication, consistency, and a wonderful willingness to learn. She has built a strong foundation in barn safety, tack and mounting basics, correct riding position, steering, independent walking, and the introduction to trotting.👏🐎

Now it’s time for Level 2! 🚀🐴

In this next level, Mia will continue building her communication and groundwork skills, develop greater precision and confidence at the walk and trot, and begin exploring riding outside of the arena through trail-style experiences. 🌳

We’re excited to watch her continue to grow and become an even more confident rider!

Hello everyone! 😊 We have a few exciting updates to our riding lesson program at Cow Creek Stables! 🐴🤎

🏇 Level 4 Riding Lessons

We are officially restructuring the pricing and format of our Level 4 Riding Lesson Package!

Previously, the package included the cost of transportation and coaching for competitions. Going forward, those expenses will be handled separately. Not every rider who reaches Level 4 will automatically be competition-ready, so we feel this structure better allows us to tailor competition opportunities to each student’s individual readiness and goals.

The Level 4 lesson price will be $65 per lesson, down from $95 per lesson! 🎉

When a student is ready to compete, we can work together to determine the best events and discuss transportation, competition coaching, entry fees, and any other associated costs at that time. This allows us to account for the fact that competition-related expenses can vary depending on the event and circumstances.

🌲 Private Trail Rides — A New Opportunity!

We are also excited to introduce private trail rides to our program! 🤎🌾

For safety reasons, riders must be at least a Level 3 rider within our program to participate. Trail riding takes place in a more unpredictable environment, so we want to make sure each rider has developed the necessary riding skills, confidence, and horsemanship knowledge before heading out on the trail.

Our goal is to help each student become a confident, capable, and well-rounded rider while making sure every experience is safe, educational, and enjoyable.

Abrielle has shown incredible dedication, determination, and a strong desire to learn throughout this level. She has worked hard to build her confidence and skills in groundwork, horse-and-rider communication, precision riding at the walk, trotting with confidence, completing patterns, strengthening memory skills, and even taking her first steps toward cantering.

We are so proud of the progress she has made and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes as she moves into Level 3. Her hard work and positive attitude continue to shine, and we know she has an exciting future ahead in the saddle!

🤎🐴 Cow Creek Stables Update 🐴🤎

As many of you know, our family is getting ready to welcome a new little cowgirl!🤍 Because of that, I will be taking maternity leave from June 15th through July 31st.

✨ Riding lessons will resume on Monday, August 3rd! ✨

For the time being, lessons will be scheduled from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM until I am able to find a dependable babysitter. I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this exciting transition for our family.

I can’t wait to see all of our riders back in the saddle this August! We have some exciting opportunities in the works, including upcoming horse shows, rodeos, and other fun events that I’m looking forward to sharing with you.

Thank you all for your continued support of Cow Creek Stables. Have a wonderful summer, keep practicing those horsemanship skills, and I’ll see you in August! ❤️🐎

We are incredibly proud of all that she has accomplished and the growth she has shown along the way. 🌟

Throughout this program, they have shown dedication, consistency, and a strong willingness to learn. They’ve developed important foundational riding skills including barn safety, tack and mounting basics, proper riding position and steering, independent riding at the walk, an introduction to trotting, and growing confidence with walk-to-trot transitions. 🐎✨

They also had the opportunity to begin learning barrel and pole patterns, along with an introduction to jumping skills — all while continuing to build confidence and communication with their horses. 🏇💫

We are so excited to watch them continue into Level 2! 🚀 In this next stage, they’ll focus on groundwork and horse communication, improving precision at the walk, building confidence at the trot, and beginning trail-style riding experiences beyond the arena. 🌳🐴
