Guaranteed Note program
● A direct note issued by The Fourth Floor Fund, LLC and guaranteed by Sterling Pacific
● Six, twelve, eighteen and twenty-four-month maturity dates available
● Returns from four percent to seven percent per annum
● Interest is paid out monthly
● Taxed as ordinary income and reported as a 1099-INT
● Retirement funds and direct funds accepted
The full terms of the note offering are set forth the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) of The Fourth Floor Fund, LLC.
