These tulips were so pretty! I wanted to capture pictures of what’s left of the flowers in my back and front yard, in hopes to get some help on how to enhance it. The previous owners did a good job but there’s a nasty vine in the front taking over everything, the are rabbit holes under there and chipmunks under another bush near the front porch. I can’t 😂😂😂. I was told o have to dig the vine up from the roots. I also have some w**ds that look like w**d and I have to dig those up too. Help!!

I never post hair pictures because 1 - my hair is almost always frizzy and 2 - it’s not my thing to post much anyway. But lately I’ve been thinking about perimenopause…my hair is thinning and I’m adjusting to greying, texture changes and density loss. I’ve been natural for about 13 years now and the journey has had more downs than ups, but I’ve embraced it all. I’ve come to a point t now that it’s most important for my hair to be maintained functionally. I wore loose, single braids or twists because it’s easier to wash and take down. Braids to the scalp, even crochet styles take a toll on my hair. Silk presses aren’t functionally for my lifestyle. So when you see me with my fuzzy mini braids just know you see a middle aged athlete doing what’s best for her; not someone who doesn’t care about their appearance. My lifestyle is more important than maintaining a neat head of hair. I swim, bike, lift, slow jog 😂😂😂 and I’m trying. to start gardening, I gotta wash it frequently so braids for the win! I just posted this for myself, and for people I chat with on this here app about natural hair and maintenance…do what’s best for you and just know that a perfect, healthy head of hair for YOU is should be your goal, not how you measure to someone else’s.
