Another decent run today! The cool weather was lovely. I LOVE that it’s light at 4:50 when I started! 🙌🏼 Some hip twinges at the start, but warmed up nicely. Time for some strength work to keep myself injury free!

I’m Emma! Cat mom, occupational therapy assistant, runner, and semi-pro napper. 😴
