I heard a quote the other day and it really landed. “Your customers will become your friends faster than your friends will become your customers.”

😅😂😜 Ain’t that the truth!

I can’t tell you how thankful I am for all of the friendships that I have gained since opening the studio almost 5 years ago.

I don’t know how I would have survived the last three years of personal and medical crisis without those of you who have been there for me “through the mud”.

I’m excited to be moving out of crisis, and back into blooming… like the lotus that must go through mud to grow 😅💩🪷

If it’s been a while since you’ve been in, I hope you’ll come visit and say hi for our FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY on Sunday, Oct 11 from 2-4pm. Let’s catch up. I would love to know what mud you’ve moved through, and what’s growing in your life. 💜

There will be a raffle drawing at 3:30pm with prizes ranging from $15-600 in value, with donations from Red & White Winebar, nails, Sacred Rhythms Yoga & Wellness, Yoga with Grace, and more!!

You can earn raffle tickets by attending classes and playing Yoga Bingo (get your card at the studio), and everyone who attends the party will get a ticket too!

We are so excited to be celebrating FIVE YEARS this October! Join us Sunday, Oct 11 from 2-4 for some fun activities, refreshments, a chance to meet other yogis, and a raffle drawing!!
