Hi, I'm Grace, a cardiac nurse and fitness coach passionate about helping people stay strong, active, and independent throughout life.

At Vintage Gains, I work with clients of all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced gym-goers—to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall health. I offer in-home training and sessions at GoFit in Waxahachie.

Together, we'll choose the hard that leads to a better quality of life, because getting older doesn't mean slowing down—it means getting stronger with purpose.

At Vintage Gains, my goal is simple: help people move better, feel stronger, and build a foundation for lifelong health and independence. While many of my clients are older adults looking to stay active and maintain their quality of life, I enjoy working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or you're an experienced exerciser looking for guidance, I'm here to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve our quality of life. We all get to choose our hard. It's hard to get up and exercise, but it's also hard to live with pain, limitations, and missed opportunities to do the things we love. My mission is to help you choose the path that leads to strength, health, and freedom at every stage of life.

I offer both in-home personal training and gym-based sessions at GoFit in Waxahachie. Whether your goal is to improve balance, build strength, increase mobility, boost athletic performance, recover confidence, or simply feel better in your daily life, I'd love to be part of your journey.
