The first day of every new year is almost always about goals…lose weight, stop smoking, stop drinking, be a better person. Those are all great.. but how many days, weeks, months, before you say….what goals? One way to be successful in progressing toward any goal is to have a process. A process defines the things you need to do to achieve your goal. Small changes can be less overwhelming and are a great way to get started. Think about what steps are necessary and ask yourself how will I achieve my 2022 goals?

1st goal for 2022...DONE!! My goal was to finish my coursework and become certified as a nutrition coach in early 2022. Mission accomplished early!
