Just finished our workshop with Sonny Puzikas - gained tremendous insight around movement and understanding natural vs unnatural movement.

Thank you Sonny for a great class and company afterwards. Thanks to all who attended. Unfortunately we didn’t take a group pic til after a few people had left.

Greetings everyone,
We have made the decision to take the month of August off from training. We appreciate everyone who has continued to show up and train with us and hope to add a few more bodies to the list when we reopen. We have toyed with the idea of changing days of the week...if you have any suggestions on days that work better for you, please drop it in the comments below.

Sorry for the late notice, there will be no Systema class tonight

We love having children age 10 and up in Systema class! It makes for such a wonderful and dynamic practice. As adults and parents, have the fun is hearing their unfiltered comments and sheer delight when they start to understand movement better.

On Tuesdays, many of the kids love doing Pravilo. On Fridays while the adults are in the sauna/cold plunge, you may find the kids doing something like the last picture.
