From time to time we are asked about our favorite piece that we have created. She is right here! Harleigh had her senior ball this evening and of course we had to share pics 💗

Customer owned pieces always come with a few extra nerves… but this one was absolutely worth it. 🙌

This beautiful butcher block cutting/noodle board came to us ready for a transformation. Brian added the drip tray and hand holds, and then we finished it off with a custom engraving celebrating the Buffalo Bills. 🦬💙❤️

There’s something special about taking a piece that already means something to someone and adding another layer of craftsmanship and personality to it.

And yes… hitting “start” on a customer-owned piece is still the most stressful button in the shop. 😅

This beautiful thick butcher block cutting board is officially in the laser and my stomach will be in knots for the next 3 hours while it engraves! Brian worked his magic adding finger holds and a drip tray, and now it’s my turn to make sure the finishing touch comes out perfectly.

Working on customer pieces is always equal parts exciting and terrifying — because there are no do-overs on something this gorgeous! Wish us (and my nerves) luck 🤞🔥

I said I was ready for warmer weather… but apparently Mother Nature took that personally. ☀️🥵

This jump from 0 to 60 overnight is wild enough… but even funnier when our AC has officially decided it’s not participating in summer this year. 😅

So if you see me melting somewhere between “spring sweatshirt” and “why is it 85 degrees already?”… mind your business. 😂
