Hey Everyone 👋🏽! In the spirit of celebrating all things Black Joy today & always 🖤❤️💚… Allow me to introduce myself! My name is LaTosha but please call me Tosha. Here are a few fun facts about me:

1. I was born and raised in Wisconsin hence my obsession with cheese. I moved to Texas about 9 years ago.

2. I’m married to my high school sweetheart (21 years), both me & my husband are Black Muslim reverts (19 years & counting Alhamdulillah) and we’re very proud of that.

3. I’m a Registered Nurse 🩺💉soon to be Nurse Practitioner inshaAllah (God willing).

4. I’m a bit of a perfectionist but I’m really trying hard to work on that and let it go🙈

5. As cliché as it sounds food is my love language and gift. I have many passions but I’m incredibly passionate about all things food all the way down to selecting the ingredients. I love both cooking and baking because of the creativite outlet and freedom of expression it gives me. I simply can’t choose between the two.

6. Feeding people and entertaining brings me so much joy, it’s how I show love and appreciation to those around me.

7. It’s so hard to choose a favorite cheese or a favorite bite because it changes depending on the season, but I love truffle marinated goat cheese.

8. Putting together grazing tables are my absolute favorite thing.

9. I really enjoy watching sports with my husband.
