This month, we're kicking off Training Cycle #6 with two intentional movements: 1-Arm Rows and Rotational Med Ball Slams.
Here's what we're working toward:
πͺ 1-Arm Rows
This movement is all about progressive overload. You'll start with a weight you can control for 15 reps, then gradually increase the weight as the reps decrease throughout the cycle. Mastering proper form each week earns you the opportunity to challenge yourself with a heavier weight the following week. The goal? Build strength safely and consistently over time.
π₯ Rotational Med Ball Slams
These are designed to develop rotational power, core strength, and hip mobility. This athletic movement requires your entire body to work together, strengthening the deep core muscles while improving coordination, stability, and force production.
Every exercise in our protocol has a purpose. Nothing is random. Each movement is programmed to help you become stronger, move better, build confidence, and continue progressing toward your goals in fitness, in health, and in life. Let's get after it this cycle! ππ₯

A new month means a fresh opportunity to challenge yourself, push your limits, and stay committed to your goals. Show up, put in the work, and trust the process. Consistency is what creates results.
No shortcuts. No excuses. Just you becoming stronger than you were yesterday.

π― June 8 β National Best Friends Day β Bring your bestie to camp and show them why you love spending your days inside these blue walls. There's room for everyone!
β June 19 β Juneteenth β All camp times will run as scheduled, plus we'll be offering a special Kids Camp at noon for all those kiddos who are home from school.
π© June 20 β Dads & Donuts β Calling all dads and father figures! Join us for a FREE camp and stick around afterward for a well-earned donut and some community time.
It's going to be an incredible month. We can't wait to spend it with you! π
