[08/12/18]   When you travel, it’s easy to just overindulge. It’s really easy just so say....forget exercise, I’m on vacation when you’re traveling. You want to eat reckless. I get it! I’ve done it countless times myself prior to knowing what I know now. Here is a a tip for you:
Fitness Travel Tip #1: Pack and bring your gym with you: A jump rope and resistance bands, easy and small to place in your suitcase! Cardio and resistance training in your hotel room..1...2..3! That's it!
