The 45-minutes you spend with us will elevate your heart rate, decrease your body’s fat percentage, and stimulate the release of toxins as you perspire. You will leave drenched in sweat, but excited to come back for your next class. Each facet of the program contains the high quality instruction for which Tampa Jiu Jitsu is renown.
