I’m a visual learner… and for me, i believe what makes a coach even better is being able to demonstrate what you are trying to teach. It’s not always realistic, age catches up to us, injuries happen. But, i try my best to stay in shape to SHOW my athletes what i am trying to teach them, so they have a better idea of what it should look like without me just saying it.
