- Newton’s Seal Coating, LLC is an asphalt contractor based in West Chester, Pa performing commercial and residential Paving, Seal coating, & Line Striping. We are committed to providing high quality workmanship and customer service. We are looking for a responsible candidate who has the skills to work along side our current team.

Type of Person for the job

- We are based in West Chester, PA and looking for a highly motivated employee who lives locally to our area. We take pride in our work and are looking for a candidate who can represent Newton’s Seal Coatings high standard of workmanship/detail, customer service, and responsibility. This person will have high expectations of them self and looking to to move up in a company. We will train you to efficiently and effectively complete all tasks related to asphalt maintenance. After training, you should be capable of managing all employees in completing the highest quality of workmanship.

Requirements

- Must have transportation (No public transit available to our location)

- Clean and presentable appearance

- Prepping work vehicles with equipment

- Cleaning, organizing, and repairing equipment.

- Communicating with and managing all employees.

- Ability to fill out paperwork and hand it in on time.

- Re-stocking supplies needed on a daily basis.

- Ability to stay organized and focused

- Clean Driving record

Compensation

$18 - $25/hr+ depending on experience
Health Benefits, Overtime, Bonuses, & Incentives available
Job Type : Full-Time, Part-time

Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate
