If i could add on to this, I would add spending way too much time on your phone. I see it everyday. People who are 'working out' but spend 10 min or more between sets looking at their phone. You might as well not even be at the gym. Put down the phone! ugh💪💪💪

Honestly, I can believe how many different varieties there are out there! This isn’t even all of them. I encourage you to try them all and find the varieties you fall in love with.
Apples aren’t just delicious, they’re also very nutritious. Apples are packed with water and fiber which both can help you feel fuller for longer. Additionally, apples contain vitamin C, polyphenols, and a type of fiber called pectin that acts as a prebiotic, meaning it feeds your good gut bacteria. To get the most benefits, eat the whole apple, both the skin and flesh.
Curious if you have a favorite apple? It’s almost too hard for me to pick!

BREAKFAST- PB Toast and PB Apple
Mid-Morning Snack- Popcorn
LUNCH- Egg Avocado Mexican Salad
Mid-Afternoon Snack- Bar
DINNER- Salmon, Tots (can substitute) and Broccoli
Dessert- Choc Banana
