As a member of the LAPD Cycling Team, and also a Helens Cycles/I. Martin Bicycles Ambassador, I was asked to sit down with Ramy, of Bar and Pedal. I know most cyclists have had close call run ins with drivers. Even some who’ve been hit. I know I have been hit, and have close calls daily! I try to use my unique position as a Cyclist and a Police Officer, to help the overall safety of the cycling community whenever I can. When presented with video evidence of dangerous driving, I sometimes make house calls and educate drivers! Especially when the egregious action takes place in my jurisdiction.... and even better (like this case) when the offender resides in my jurisdiction...🙏🏻😜🎥🤙🏻🚴🏼‍♂️🚔

Hiked to Mt.Baldy with Ernie was an amazing experience. He took us via register ridge and back by ski hut trail, it was difficult but we made it. Amazing views, if not for Ernie we wouldn’t have been on this trail. Hiking with Ernie didn’t realise the difficulty or the time. Thank You Ernie. Thanks for the pictures.
