Join OES for a 45-min full body strength and cardio workout utilizing park benches, stairs, and hills.
Variations to exercises will be provided.
All fitness levels welcome.

Then come to Cason Family Park for our first Calisthenics at Cason class from 5:30-6:15p.

Everett will be there to motivate you through a 45-min full body strength and cardio class utilizing park equipment only. All fitness levels and ages 12 and up welcome.
