Before and After:
Like many owners of older homes, our client sought ways to maximize space and update their kitchen, half, and full bathrooms. Ginocchio Architecture designed an expanded kitchen to accommodate updated appliances and more storage cabinets while adding windows to optimize views and natural light.

Upstairs, the hall bath was renovated to accommodate a 72" alcove soaking tub and a larger vanity. A redesigned backyard-facing window allows for more sunlight while still providing privacy.

If you’re looking for ways to maximize and update your home’s spaces we're happy to discuss your options and devise a plan within your budget.

Some images of a two-story addition we completed in 2020 which was recently photographed. Our client wanted to augment the floor-to-floor heights which are visible in the section drawings below. This renovation allowed the homeowner to increase the value of their home significantly.

Before and After

We love the challenge of creating spaces that offer modern convenience while retaining your home's unique character.

Ginocchio Architecture worked with the owners of this beautiful 1928 Craftsman-style bungalow to create expanded kitchen, pantry and mudroom areas that maximize work and storage spaces.

The clean lines and dark, moody vibe are offset by additional windows offering an abundance of natural sunlight and connection to the outdoors, providing a warm glow and grounded comfort.
