10 years ago, I stepped into the fitness industry as a personal trainer.
Since then, I’ve met people from all walks of life and had the privilege of helping 50+ clients push themselves further than they thought possible.
I’ve experienced the highs and lows of this industry, trained in both commercial and private settings, and learned that the most important thing is always the client in front of you.
This isn’t a retirement post
I’m just getting better.
It hurts.
