Crystal Clark Fitness

We welcomed Jamison Michael Clark on January 14th at 12:40pm. We are so in love and have been getting used to being a family of four. Charlotte is such a good big sister and loves to help with anything she can. Can't believe its been a week already!
Currently in the newborn bubble and snuggles are always happening 🥹

Baby Clark #2 coming Jan 2026🥰

Our baby is being promoted to big sibling!
We are so exicted for this next chapter and can't wait to see our girl become a big sis!
She already has been putting her baby dolls to sleep and loves to change their diapers so I'm sure she will be a great helper!

10 months!

She has 6 teeth and getting more, they pop up so fast I can't keep track.

She is tasting a little bit of everything but she mostly eats fruit lol

We have full speed crawling and standing assisted, she is working on her balance and will be walking before next month I can tell!

Still hates the changing table and now rolls and bucks and thinks its hilarious when I can't get her diaper on😂

We are almost to a year and I can't wait to see her grow more🥹 but also stop growing because I can't handle it!

Never thought I would call my daughter a princess but here we are 💁🏻‍♀️👸🏻

9months! She amazes us and scares us at the same time with how fast she is learning and growing.

She has the crawling down, now she has her mind set to walk soon. 😳

She makes me smile everyday and has the funniest little personality! Half sweet and half sass she is going to be something when she gets older.

I love being her mama and can't wait to watch her grow more 😭

This is 30😆lucky to have so many amazing people in my life!

How was everyone's weekend??

A little weekend trip, dropping off Lynyrd to grandma and grandpa and we are headed to Universal Volcano Bay! 🌋

Any recommendations for slides that won't give me a heart attack?! 😂 I'm more of a lazy river kinda girl but we shall see🙈

I had this the other day at work and it was delish! Apple and ricotta toast with a honey drizzle😋⁣

1/4 cup of ricotta cheese on Ezekiel bread thinly sliced apples and top with honey.. these flavors are so tasty together and I was pleasantly surprised. ☺️⁣

It has 6g of protein per 1/4 cup, a great little snack mid morning or afternoon. There are so many toast options what would you put on your toast?

Is it a bit obsessive if someone goes to the same restaurant every weekend? Asking for a friend👀
