Anyone else have a hard time eating fruits and veggies ✋🏾?
Till this day it’s hard for most ppl to get those daily vitamins in! For instance, 🥦 is very bland , but if you put it in a smoothie with other 🍓🥭🍌🫐, some protein, and health fats like peanut better!
…. It tastes like heaven 😂❤️!

brownie batter baked oats made with my new fav side-kick 🤎

INGREDIENTS
☀️ 1/2 cup of quick oats
☀️ 1/2 cup of almond milk
☀️ 1 banana
☀️ 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder
☀️ 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
☀️ 1 tsp of baking power
☀️ pinch of salt
•
Blend using !! pour the mixture into an oven safe dish, preheat the oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 mins ⛅️
