We offer free classes and courses to those on Medicaid/EBT and in addiction recovery. Garnet Heart Yoga teacher training 200, 300/500 & childrens.

Our Buddha Butterfly Garden is alive. All stages of the butterfly are nurtured! All stages of the human are also nurtured for growth and change- eras of our lives. Serving humans in their evolutions!

Come practice in our center with its beautiful glass wall to be in the garden inside while staying cool in the summer! This helps relax pitta and feel at ease. We are in South Florida and dare we say hot yoga here is not healthy in the view of Ayurveda. We also will hold garden yoga in the cooler months of South Floridas “autumn & winter” on our CitraZoy lawn surrounded by blooms, buddhas, and butterflies!
