SCARY but very real things that happen when you chronically undereat 👇
To sum it up…you feel like Trash & you know it !
But constant under eating can become much more serious than that…
1️⃣ Loss of your menstrual cycle
Your body conserves energy by shutting down reproduction first.
2️⃣ Bone density loss
Low energy availability can weaken bones and increase injury risk.
3️⃣ Heart muscle weakening
Chronic restriction can slow heart rate and reduce cardiac function.

Your body prioritizes vital organs over hair growth.

3️⃣Get right back to your normal routine. No need to over due cardio to “make up for” the eating! Just back to business as usual
One day won’t ruin your progress. Just how one day of being on point doesn’t transform you

I hope that if I inspire you to be or do anything …that it’s I inspire you to be the strongest version of yourself…not the smallest
There was a time in my life that being the smallest version of myself was all I could think about! It was all consuming😭
During that time, I never got close to being what I thought would make me happy in terms of the small smallest version of myself…..
It tore me down mentally, my body was at its worst &my relationship with food is horrible
i’ve gone through so many phases in my journey, but happy to say now that there’s nothing I love more than being strong AF & actually consuming carbs 😜😜
Building and shaping my body the way I want it to be!
Ladies, stop trying to shrink yourself!
Eat the carbs focused on becoming the strongest version of yourself and I promise you’ll be much happier with the outcome and the journey 🫶🏻🩷
