Some pics from last week’s Holiday 4 Hope by the Dreams for Kids Group. Since 1989 they’ve made Christmas special for 1,200 of Chicago’s homeless youth each December. It was awesome to be invited and given a resource table this year.

Thank you ABC San Francisco. This newscast capped off the campaign with our largest audience yet; over 700,000. Quite intense. I'll be volunteering and speaking at a few upcoming holiday events in Chicago, and I'll keep donations open through year end. Thanks babes.

Tomorrow, between 11:00am - 2:30pm CT the final Strides of this walk will be taken. ABC News San Francisco will follow with a live on set interview, broadcasting to the entire Bay Area. The walk will have totaled app 3,200mi over 198 days. We received donations from 331 people for a total of $21,780. $10,000 of that money has been promised to a career training program through Kids Off the Block as a gift on Christmas Day 2017. Donations will remain open for anyone who “forgot,” or still wants to contribute. A small film crew will walk with me from Crissy Field, across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, finalizing at Rodeo Beach. We will stream live portions of the walk via Facebook and Instagram for anyone interested. Thanks so much to everyone who helped make this a success. I love you all.

Thanks to everyone in the Great Basin area for getting us over $10,000 grand in donation money last week. Tried to do an interview in my Lt. Dan costume but KOLO wanted a more “professional presentation.”

I encourage everyone following thus far to take a minute and read about some of the amazing people (link below) who have supported the city of Chicago, and kept me walking for the past 5 months and 2,400 miles. From one horse towns across the country, who've submitted donations with no investment to our city or myself, who’ve unconditionally opened their homes, provided meals, or just checked in along my journey... Thank you for inspiring me.
