Coaching effort is by far the biggest waste of time. Instead of yelling at you to go hard i could be teaching you how to get better. There's pretty much only 2 types of players that I don't get along with.. Players that are already good and think they don't have to be disciplined and players who are flat out lazy. Greatness is actually easy cause most people aren't willing to push themselves as hard as they can every day and take it to the limit. All you gotta do is do that everyday in your life and you'll beat most people. Even the people that are better than you now will eventually fall off and you'll pass them
