I am leading a session on a topic I have worked with all kinds of groups on leading up to and beyond the election **SELF-REGULATION TOOLBOX** We all have tools at our disposal we already use or that we are curious about to help bring our nervous system back to center when we are disregulated from personal trauma reminders all the way to the chaos of maintaining a business in a rapidly changing world.

My goal is to empower you for quick action to move to a steady mind when you face stress and still have to make decisions. I am offering the view of the ocean because even this scene is a matter of perspective and how our mind navigates it. Pura vida 🌴

Thanks to our guests we kept it bright and cheery inside today working on a community mural for 🎨 ❤️

We hosted with the caregiver/youth art collective, The Breakfast Club, to invite people to pause and connect with themselves and one another for a creative and collaborative moment.

The Club looks forward to hosting more relational experiences including a caregiver and youth art show during summer break. Thank you City of Westminster Parks, Recreation & Libraries for including us in the showcase today. We can’t wait to get outside and finish this community piece as we dry out.

As a small business we work to align our values and collaborate on behalf of the world we are seeking. For us this includes priorities with environmental respect, climate chaos mitigation, and equity for humans with our different playing fields. We are a movement and wellness studio but yoga, herbalism, and care for this world connects to policy and how our elected represent us.
