“Hi! My name is Lauren and I joined Bar Method in August 2023 to enhance my wellness journey. Since joining the studio, not only have I joined The Century Club early this month, but I have gained more confidence, flexibility, and Bar Method has assisted me in my weight loss & fitness journey. May 2018 I was invited to be a bridesmaid in a wedding and when I went for my dress fitting, I had to get the largest size. I made the decision in that moment to change my life and joined Weight Watchers and various workout activities to see which one fit my lifestyle. 6 years later, I found Bar Method on Groupon and I have lost a total of 94lbs and approx 70 inches in a healthy and realistic way from 2018 til present. When I found the Bar Method, I wasn’t sure if I would ever hit 100 classes, but I did it, and since joining, I have lost 25 of my 94lbs and my body has lost inches and toned. Due to Bar Method being a low impact workout, it also helps me with my chronic pain and fibromyalgia. Coming home from my honeymoon end of May, my pain flareups increased and barre helped decrease my pain and improve my mobility. Finding barre and The Bar Method has been a blessing in my life, my health and physical & mental mindset. Proud to be a member of such a supportive studio with wonderful woman who are also working hard towards their goals! Let’s go girls! “
