Results from Todays Match,
15 guys came out today and 13 decided to shoot. We had a slight delay as rain began to fall. We were able to get canopies up and they served. the 10x30 canopy had some broken cross members but held for the match. We will need to replace it if its in the budget.
Ed alymyer won the match with a 781-28x after shooting a 6 in his first shot offhand. He cleaned both rapid and slow prone. I took 2nd with a777-31x (cheater rifle score) after a meh offhand and letting 1-2 point get away in each stage after. PJ took 3rd with a 775-28x. He had a few bleeder scores in rapids that put him just shy of HM. Mike Schmidty shot a personal best 739-8x with a "match rifle" that was an MK-12 clone. Dick Graw joined us and shot a 748-12x but biffed his last shot standing for a goose egg. Mime kennedy had an oopsie putting 8 shots on the target next to him. That Hurts.
After the last shot the sun came out....

Results from Today's Match
We had 15 shooters come and brave the chilly weather today. I never thought i'd have to build a fire in May.but here we are. After some harassing last night I convinced Richard Hilderbrand to load ammo and shoot today. After a series of 8s offhand gave him a 90 he proceeded to clean the rest of the match to secure first with a 490-21x. Even with the cheater rifle i took 2nd with a 490-16x. A strong offhand didn't make up for bleeding 2 points per stage after. Marc Followed suit shooting a 489-14x with a 97-3x offhand and a slow bleed the rest of the match. Mike Keeler shot a 486-17-x after have his usual 1 9 in slow prone. Chris Catlin shot his 3rd ever match and managed a 484-14x with a yip 7 slow prine. He is using all borrowed gear and will be the man to beat here soon. Shout Out to Rob Gahagan who sot a personal best 470-71x including a 197-13x Slow Prone with a 7! Dave Willimas shot his M1A today and still shot a 457-4x. Turn-out continues to rise as we progress through the season. We have a set of 80 shot matches next week. Saturday at Clairton and Sunday at Milvale
