Motivation for Your Day: You have to do the work to see progress. Period. Quick fixes only work for a limited amount of time. In most cases, the weight comes right back when you stop the quick fix methods. Long term weight loss is about the reasons WHY. It's about your mindset. It's about sacrifice.

There are 10-20 different effective ways to lose weight that I can tell you about right now. BUT, if you aren't going to follow a plan consistently for 3-6 months...or even a year...they won't really change your life and you'll be back to step one in no time. Change takes time. This is what the research says and this is what I hear daily from people who are on a never ending diet.

STOP FOCUSING ON JUST FOOD AND EXERCISE. Figure out how you are going to change your mindset and what commitment looks like for you. Everyone is different and it might take you a while to find out what works for you. Get clear on WHY you want to lose weight. My weightloss today was 4.25pds. This is my 1 month results.....total pds lost 22.25 pds. Total inches lost 18.50. I won't post other measurements such as arms etc. I'm so happy because 1 month ago my body fat% didn't pick up. Due to me being overweight and not within range. Today it finally picked up the number was 49.90 % body fat. I am not ashamed came along ways and still have some hills to climb. If you are willing and put in hardwork this can truly happen.
