Midian Shrine Horse Patrol

What happens in the horse patrol….doesn’t always stay in the horse patrol. But good times are always had.

Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend for fall ceremonial. It’s always a great time.

As with any new year that comes along, fences and chores must be tended to. Weather makes it difficult to get our horses ready for parades. We’re doing a number of things in our personal lives that keep us busy. Some of us travel for work while others ranch, weld, or drive a school bus full of kids. So when we get nasty weather it sets us back in our duties to our homes. While we do love parade and be among the people of the towns and cities we travel to, sometimes it’s just not possible for that parade. The horses require a fair amount of work to keep parade ready and during the winter months they tend to get a little big around the belly and a bit lazy.
So please do excuse our absence. We miss seeing the smiling faces and talking and waving to folks. But we have to get some things taken care of before we can parade.
Please follow our page and stay tuned for info on parades we will be attending and other events as well throughout 2021. There’s a lot of the year left. You’ll see us. Who knows, we could be coming to a parade near you next month.

Thursday April 8th will be our next meeting!! There was a mistake made and the date was incorrect in the Topics! Lots to be discussed. Don’t get left behind, the back side of a horse is usually the nasty one.

Nobles and ladies. Please let us know how many will be attending our Christmas party. We need a headcount so we can have enough for dinner.
