I’m considering an end of the year yoga class. Anyone interested? I’m looking at spaces for this one time class. It would be an end of the year class to process and say goodbye to 2025.

I just want to thank all of you that supported Adrian and loved him.
Adrian loved you all so much and our community. Please know this.

You all made him so very happy. He got to live his dream which was to serve others by sharing his love of teaching yoga.

Adrian loved yoga. He loved the yoga school. He shined when he talked about yoga. He shined when we would start a new teacher training program, and he’d say, “Whitney, you are going to love this new class!” And sure enough, I always did.

I’m so sorry that I did not keep you all posted while everything was happening regarding his health.

It was too much happening all at one time. Frankly, it was unbelievable and horrific. I was pretty shut down, and focused on trying to keep things going for his first love…, our kids.

Please always hug your loved ones. Keep practicing. Stay present even when times get rough and you want to run.

But, we all know that it’s always about the breath. Let’s all put our hands to our hearts and send love out to each other.

He loved you.
