In this course, I've poured my heart and soul into equipping you with the skills you need to not only understand yourself better but also engage with the right people in the right way. 🤝

I hate hustle-culture, and yet, here I am!

Life has thrown me quite the juggling act lately, and I'm sure many of you can relate. 🤹‍♂️

Between coordinating my kids' field trips, cheering on their sports games, recording a podcast 🎙️, preparing a workshop, staying on top of social media trends, preparing for an exam, and job-hunting for that all-important benefits package, it's been a whirlwind!

But, you know what? In the midst of this chaos, I'm being reminded of a few things (that I'm still trying to do well):

1️⃣ Prioritize and Schedule: A solid schedule is my lifeline! Plan your day, allocate time to what matters most, and stick to it.

2️⃣ Good enough is good: Not everything needs to be perfect, so choose what can be good enough

3️⃣ Lean on Your Support System: Whether it's a partner, a friend, or a support group, don't hesitate to ask for help or lean on others when you need it.

4️⃣ Self-Care is Non-Negotiable: Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup. 🍵 Take some time for self-care to recharge your batteries.

5️⃣ Keep Your Eye on the Prize: While it may be challenging now, remember why you're doing all of this. Benefits, opportunities, and making sure my kids know they're my top priority!

So, to all my fellow super-parents and multitaskers out there, keep your chin up! We're in this together, and we're unstoppable. 💪

Guess what I did?!?

I finally finished recording, editing and listing my podcast on all channels!

Well, I'm still waiting for Apple to finish their "process" but I decided I'm not waiting for them just to share my happy news.

Mind you, I didn't just make a podcast.

I overcame some SERIOUS self-doubt and negative internal dialogue for this to happen.

In the end, it was fun (except the editing part) and I'm looking forward to many more episodes.

Who knew I loved talking and sharing my strong opinions so much ;)
