If you struggle with fear, anxiety and depression - don't continue alone in that manner for another

10/15/2025

Larry Pruett's ( SidebySidebusiness ) 36-year marriage has revealed a truth most men miss - your relationship isn't separate from your success, it's actually the foundation that determines everything else.

After two decades of entrepreneurship while raising five kids, Larry discovered that when couples get their foundational relationship right, business actually grows.

Their daily 15-minute "connection time" exercise and strategic date nights aren't just nice relationship habits, they're the systems that prevent the second most common time for divorce...empty nest syndrome.

Larry shared two hard truths, first, that you never "arrive" at marriage mastery, and second, trying to work on work on your relationship with working on yourself always fails.

His family's mission statement approach shows how couples can filter life decisions together, turning good opportunities into excellent ones that align with their shared vision. Larry shared how to prioritize what matters most while still achieving your goals.

This episode will challenge how you think about success and give you practical tools to strengthen the relationship that impacts everything else in your life.

Are you outsourcing tasks, instead of tasks only you can do?

Junaid Ahmed shared this powerful message of how he is able to run multiple businesses, be present and have fun with this family, all while also spending time on personal recovery and growth.

In addition to this message, in the full episode Junaid also spoke about overcoming limiting beliefs, the importance of mentoring relationships and how to turn self doubt into confidence.

Give a listen to "Building Confidence and Balance by Breaking Limiting Beliefs" on the Living Fearless Today Podcast.

Your limiting beliefs aren't facts - they're just environmental conditioning.

Junaid Ahmed ( ) dropped this powerful insight and shared his journey in the most recent episode of Living Fearless Today Podcast. His story will challenge what you think you know about what's possible as a man, father, and entrepreneur.

Here's the reality check: Junaid went from believing his circumstances defined his limits to then growing from 1 podcast episode per week to 5 daily episodes, all while raising 4 children and running multiple businesses. The game-changer? He stopped trying to do everything himself.

His breakthrough moment came in realizing that delegation isn't giving up control...it's gaining freedom to operate in your zone of genius. When you're editing podcasts at midnight instead of building Legos with your kids, you're not being productive at the peak levels you could.

Guys, here's what hit me hardest, Junaid said we mistake limiting beliefs for "normal life" because that's the environment we grew up in. But when you step into spaces where you're celebrated and supported, you start seeing what's actually possible. The two questions I took from that were first, am I in relationships that properly encourage and uplift me, second, what things am I accepting as the way it is for everyone when it's a downgrade in my life and thoughts - where I'm settling for less.

The regrets you have on your deathbed won't be about the contracts you didn't close. They'll be about the bike rides you didn't take with your kids and the moments you missed of living life and it being an adventure.

Ensure your focus is on the right things and present with where you are each moment. Take some time away from the noise and chaos to soak in what Junaid shared on how you can live an elevated life, regardless of where you started or the experiences you've endured.

Troy Karnes, author of 'No Silver Bullet', and his story will punch you in the gut, in the best way possible.

Picture this...dream job in whiskey sales, traveling to the coolest restaurants, everyone jealous of your life. But behind the scenes? Getting on planes hungover became his norm. His responsibilities as a father grew, but he stayed the same person.

The plot twist: 98 days into sobriety, he got a cancer diagnosis. Like, seriously!

Here's what separates Troy from many men, he didn't try to white-knuckle it alone. He asked for help. Built systems. Created a daily 90-second check-in that tracks everything from sleep to emotions using a simple 4-point scale.

A brutal truth that Troy shares, half of us don't have three close friends. Loneliness increases your mortality rate by 26%. We're dying from isolation while pretending we've got it all figured out. Developing your internal muscles are MORE important than your external ones.

Luke DePron from the Fit Men Project shared some impactful insights on fitness and ensuring your success in the long run. You may find what he shared completely flipping your perspective on fitness and confidence.

Here's the brutal truth, most men are sabotaging their health goals before they even start. We think we need to work out 7 days a week, follow extreme diets and completely overhaul our lives to see results.

Luke's approach? Make it easier, not harder.

His "guaranteed minimum standards" method isn't about perfection...it's about proving to yourself that you're the kind of man who does what he says he'll do.

When you nail 2 workouts a week consistently, your confidence skyrockets. When you set a hard line like "I don't eat kids' food" and stick to it, you're literally rewiring your identity.

The game changer was when Luke reveals how physical transformation is really about internal transformation. When you feel strong in your body, you embody confidence and self worth, you show up differently as a father, husband and at work.

Stop trying to climb Mount Everest on day one. Listen to the full episode to hear Luke's guidance on starting with something you can actually sustain, as well as what he's found works for his clients in transforming their health and fitness.

I had an absolute blast this past weekend! We completed our first 2-hour adventure race. Running almost 7 miles on paved park roads, trails and fields using a compass and a map to find checkpoints.

We had a basic idea of what we were doing - there was more things we didn't know in comparison, but we learned a lot in the process. We have a 6-hour adventure race in a few months that adds a biking and canoeing component to the running.

Two things I encourage you to do guys - first, give yourself permission to do things messy where you don't know all the details or information. Second, invite family and friends to do it with you - create memories and have together.

I started doing at least one 5K or event with running per month in November 2024. I made that commitment and promise to myself in order to give myself something to shoot for and to help improve my physical and mental health. Along the way I experienced two retinal tears, but I walked January and February's 5K events to keep my promise to myself.

I encourage you to find something to do, a new activity, and invite others to do it with you. Move past the initial discomfort and experience the growth and success waiting for you!

Too many men live by others’ expectations, not their own passions and desires. Finding your true self means shedding roles, thoughts and behaviors that aren’t yours. Josh Tomeoni shared that authenticity is where your real power starts.

Codependency isn’t true connection. When your well-being depends on others’ emotions, you lose yourself. Real belonging comes when you bring your full self to relationships—interdependence. If you focus only on your kids, your partner, parents or friends at the cost of your own growth, you model codependency, not love. The best gift you can give is to work on yourself and show them how to do the same.
