Three sessions a week I genuinely look forward to with this man. His transformation has been incredible to watch. What started as coaching sessions has turned into full-on partner workouts. He’s always chasing my weights… but I’m not sure how much longer it’ll be before I’m chasing his.

What Supplements Do I Take? Here’s My Daily Stack.
One of the most common questions I get is, “What supplements do you take?” So here’s a breakdown of my daily intake and why I use each one:
✅ Morning Stack:
AMPLIFY Vitamin D3 (5000 IU) + K2 (100mcg) – For immune health, bone strength, and better absorption of calcium.
Momentus Tongkat Ali – Natural support for energy, performance, and hormonal balance.
AMPLIFY Beef Liver (3g) – A powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals for overall vitality.
AMPLIFY Omega 3 (700mg, 430mg EPA, 280mg DHA) – Supports brain function, heart health, and reduces inflammation.
AMPLIFY Advanced Joint Repair – My knees have been talking to me lately, so I’ve added this for joint health and recovery.
AMPLIFY Zen Ashwagandha – I cycle this 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to help with stress, cortisol regulation, and relaxation. (Currently on an off week.)
I drink this with a swig of farmhouse mango smoothie. One monthful and these all go down easily.
✅ Daily Training Essentials:
AMPLIFY Creatine (5-10g daily) – Helps with strength, endurance, and muscle recovery.
AMPLIFY PREMIUM WHEY Protein (24g daily) – Key for muscle growth and recovery.

New Year, New Intentions
With the new year in full swing, I’ve decided to make a bigger effort to share my day-to-day life as a coach. Between running Amplify, bowling, and balancing family life, I often get so caught up in the behind-the-scenes work that I forget to share the journey.
This year, I want to change that. My goal is to be more intentional about posting—not just to hold myself accountable but also to provide something valuable for you. Whether it's training tips, personal reflections, or a glimpse into the life of a coach, I hope you’ll find my content helpful and inspiring.
And if it’s not for you? That’s okay—feel free to unfollow. I’d rather focus on building an engaged community than just numbers.
With just a few minutes left on January 1, I’m squeezing in this post to set the tone for 2025. Here’s to a year of growth, transparency, and connection. Let’s make it count!

My first MURPH in the books with the Amplify team. I am so thankful to have these people around me, challenging me daily to be my best. I'm not sure I would ever do this on my own. I completed mine in the following order, 1 mile, 10 sets of 10pull ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats, and then finished with another mile. I completed it in 35:05. Spliting headache right after, but it subsided with some water after about 20 minutes. It's definitely the most challenging workout since the Playoffs. But I can only imagine it's nothing compared to the challenge our military faces on a regular basis. To that, I offer my gratitude and appreciation. HAPPY MEMORIAL WEEKEND EVERYONE!

Had the honor of joining for their athlete signing last night. This is the 2nd year they have partnered with me and my company and wow, what progress we have seen! We offer training and nutrition services to the players and fuel their performance with our supplement line. I am blessed to be part of this community and looking forward to what this year had in store.

Being a positive part of peoples journey is so rewarding! I am very blessed to have such a large audience teaching every day at . The internship I started has been a great addition to the program. I was lost for words hearing this week that my mentorship was the best experience some students had while in college.
I hope to continue positively impacting lives for many years to come.

Exciting developments in Derby today. We installed 5,000 sqft of turf in our new space. This will primarily be a baseball training area but it will be equipt to facilitate all training needs. A great collaboration between and Dave Sanders (ex-MLB White Sox Pitcher). Excited to offer tge best athlete development in Wichita, Bel Aire and now Derby.

Most people know me for being one of the hardest workers in the room. I normally dont boast too much, I just get my head down and grind. I let my achievements, my experiences and my physique talk for themselves.
Ive been lifting daily for over 15 years, Coaching for just as long. Ive played at every level as an athlete and trained clients of the same caliber. A lot of people ask me how I do it and what my workouts are like so I have decided to track and release my workouts through .
My training partner Jake (shown right) and I are about to start our winter bulk with the goal of 15-20lb increase in bodyweight. Wow, it's still so surreal to be on this side of the table as a Coach at Wichita State Shocker Bowling. I'm honored to be a part of the best program in the Nation!
Today went well, I connected the dots for some and opened the eyes of others. Strength & conditioning has a place in this sport, and hopefully more understand how and why now.
To the program that gave me so much, I love being able to share and help the athletes of today.
