Race 4 Freedom 5K Race for Freedom is a 5K run/walk on September 6, 2025, organized by ICT S.O.S. Race for Freedom is a 5K run/walk on September 12, 2026, to benefit ICT SOS.

Race will run through the beautiful Indian Hills area and by the river. A fast course in a different part of town! Our goal is to raise awareness and funding to help stop human trafficking in Wichita. ICT SOS provides advocacy and therapy for survivors, training for professionals, resources for the community, and prevention education for youth in schools. ICT SOS acts as a liaison between the professional groups who work with trafficked persons and the Wichita volunteers who seek ways to get involved and to find solutions! There is a rising desire in the Wichita community to contribute to the solution. ICT S.O.S. is the go-to source for both the agencies and the volunteers as needs arise, and the desire grows to become involved. We invite you to participate in this race by either walking, running, donating, or volunteering in order to create real and lasting change in our city! Enormous shoutout to the Boy Scouts for brining the energy to race day last Saturday!
From setting up tables and chairs, guiding and cheering on our runners along the course, AND cooking up a delicious pancake and sausage breakfast for everyone. Thank you for your incredible help and support!

MSSC’s Keeper of the Plains statue was one of the stops last week on a fundraiser to support ICT S.O.S. and its fight against human trafficking. Wichita runners Matt and Tony ran by all 90 Keepers across Wichita – a circuitous route covering 125+ miles – ahead of ICT SOS's Race 4 Freedom 5K last Saturday.

Thank you!!
