Last night we had our end if year celebration. I am still blown away by support these families have shown last night and this year at meets! We are proud of these athletes, and the amount of growth they have had this year! Derby Tennis is on the rise, and I'm excited to be a part of it! Keep playing boys, the future is bright! Thank you parents and families!
The Goddard Invitational has been rescheduled to next Wednesday, May 3rd, due to the weather forecast.

Congrats tennis team on the win over McPherson. We won 17-4. Lots of great wins!
Doubles
Brodie and Koen won their matches 6-4 and 6-0
Brennan and Brycen won 6-1
Hunter and Owen won 6-1
Hunter and Tripp won in a tie break 7-1
Singles
Johnny won 6-2 and 6-0
Brennan won 6-4 and 6-1
Brodie won 6-0
Josh won his tie break 7-4
Koen won 6-3
Brycen won 6-1 and 6-4
Hunter won 6-1 and 6-1
Mason won his tie break 7-1
These boys are improving everyday! We are so proud of all of them!
Yesterday was a great day for tennis. Congrats to the entire team for winning the dual against Hutchinson! So proud of all the hard work they are putting in each day. We had lots of great wins yesterday!
We had a great day against Derby North. Congrats to Mason and Tripp winning there first doubles match together. Also congrats to Josh, Johnny, Mason, Tripp, Hunter, and Owen for their first singles win! Everyone played hard and had some close matches! Great job Bulldogs

What great first day of practice! We will have a parent meeting tomorrow at 5:30 in the auxiliary gym. See everyone tomorrow
We had a great showing for the meeting today. We will start practice on Monday, March 6th. Practice will be until 5:15 every day after school unless otherwise communicated.
We have an informational meeting tomorrow morning at 7:50 in the auxiliary gym. See you there!

If you have a 7th or 8th grade boy interested in going out for tennis. Have them attend our meeting on Thursday, February 23rd. This is just for information about our upcoming season.
Students planning on participating in a spring sport should plan on attending one of our upcoming informational meetings.
