Aubrey hasnโt let the lack of races deter her from still bettering herself! She decided to train for the mile and in 6 weeks got her time down to 6:16.

Thrilled for Josh, who last minute asked if he could give Tulsa Run 15k a go. Heโs wanted to achieve the sub60 minute goal, but we havenโt been training for that specifically. However, with his fitness level going into RT66, I knew he stood a good chance of snagging the coveted mug.
He got it done, 58:53!

Finished!!! 27:59!!
Amanda set a goal for herself almost a year ago, she wanted to finish Yeti 100. We worked with nutrition, electrolytes, cross training and many other things to give herself the best chance to finish this thing.
She trusted the process, had confidence in herself and had an amazing crew that took care of her and paced her!

Training the body to run fast doesnโt mean it has to just always run fast!
A great interval workout such as this allows for recovery between the reps, making the quality of the work great and not make a quantity workout!
The greater the quality, the greater the speed in the end! Sometimes we have to let go of the ego!

Happy to share on this medal Monday, Paul Countess completed LOViT 100 mile race. Weather was wet, rocks were plentiful and 40,000โ of elevation change was had.
We wonโt mention that he did around 4 bonus miles! ๐คช

Paul Countess is taking on Lovit 100 mile race this weekend. The race features 20,000โ of climbing, but BLC has gotten him primed for this performance! He started at 5pm Friday and is aiming to finish in the evening on Saturday!
