🏈 ICTYFL FAMILY — NEW LOCATION, SHARED RESPONSIBILITY!

We return to football October 10–11 at Linwood Park! We’ve worked hard to secure a place for our athletes to continue their season. Having somewhere to play is a privilege, and protecting that opportunity takes EVERYONE.

Players, coaches, parents, and spectators, our expectations are clear:

• Respect everyone. No fighting, threats, intimidation, or abusive language toward officials, coaches, athletes, staff, or other families.
• Respect the facility. Put trash in the bins and clean your team’s sideline and spectator area before leaving.
• Respect the boundaries. Only players and credentialed coaches belong on the sidelines. Spectators must remain in designated areas.
• Follow staff and security instructions. Address concerns calmly through your head coach or league leadership.
• Set the example. Cheer with pride, encourage our athletes, and let the kids compete.

Anyone who cannot follow these expectations may be required to leave. Coaches, please share this message with every family in your organization before game day.

Our children deserve a safe, positive place to play. Let’s show our new hosts that ICTYFL appreciates this opportunity through our actions.

Protect the privilege. Respect the park. Put the kids first.

Community is a group of people connected by where they live, shared interests, or a common purpose. It means belonging, supporting one another, and taking responsibility for the spaces and experiences you share.

In youth football, community is the athletes, families, coaches, schools, and supporters working together to give kids a safe place to play, grow, and succeed!

ICTYFL FAMILY 🚨🚨🚨IMPORTANT SEASON UPDATE

Our access to the fields at Wichita East High School has been removed , and we will not be able to finish the season there.

We have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to secure alternative field locations. Games will resume next week. Updated locations and scheduling details will be shared once finalized.

Everyone needs to understand: having somewhere to play is a privilege. The disrespect toward facilities has to stop. The entitlement has to end. How we treat the spaces entrusted to us directly affects our athletes’ opportunity to play.

Coaches, parents, players, and spectators all share this responsibility. Respect the rules, clean up after yourselves, and hold one another accountable.

As a league, we will make the necessary changes to provide our athletes with a safe place to compete. Our commitment to these kids remains strong, and protecting their season requires cooperation from everyone.

Special thanks to Wichita East High School and USD 259 for opening their doors to our athletes and families. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to use your facilities and the support you have shown our youth throughout the season.

Thank you to those who continue to support our youth and respect the facilities we use. Our kids deserve our best…. on and off the field.

LSN Chiefs and KC HotBoyz are coming to Wichita! Get ready for another weekend of big-time matchups as Kansas City vs. Wichita continues! 💪🏾

Safe travels to TMU Jrs, TMU Boys, and Golden Jets as they head to Kansas City and to everyone making the trip to Wichita!

Represent your team and your city with pride. Bring the energy, respect the game, and let’s give these athletes a great weekend!

ICTYFL TEAMS & FAMILIES:

The amount of trash left on the sidelines is unacceptable. This disrespect for the facility does not go unnoticed.

Every team is responsible for cleaning its sideline before leaving. Trash cans are placed throughout the facility, use them!! Coaches, please make sure your team’s area is clean after every game.

If we have another week like this, we will no longer use the turf field.

Going forward, no outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the facility under any circumstances. Team snacks must be distributed and consumed in the parking lot.

Respect the facility, take responsibility for your trash, and help protect the spaces our athletes depend on.

Please plan accordingly and allow yourself extra travel time due to the wet conditions.

We’re looking for a creative, dependable GRAPHIC DESIGNER and SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER to help showcase our league, athletes, and organizations!

Applicants may apply for either role, or both.

🏈 GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Create weekly matchup graphics, player spotlights, announcements, and event promotions with clean designs and accurate information.

📱 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Plan and publish content, write engaging captions, manage routine comments and messages, and help grow our league’s online presence.

We’re looking for strong communication, consistent turnaround, attention to detail, and a passion for youth sports!

💰 PROPOSED STARTING PAY
• Graphic designer: $75/week
• Social media manager: $75/week
• Both roles: $150/week
• Additional performance bonuses available

These are part-time opportunities with an agreed weekly workload. Final compensation will reflect experience and scope.
