We had a super fun morning getting better at volleyball with 40+ of our friends!

Thanks to all those who came out! Keep your eye out for some open gyms starting in May and to get ready for tryouts in July.

PS - Big congrats to our 3 sonic gift card winners! Two camp MVPs for being loud, excited, encouraging and super coachable and the other for winning the camp serving contest! 💪🏽

The ladies ended their first competitive club volleyball season this past weekend, finishing 2nd in the Gold bracket losing by only 2 points in the 3rd set.

The growth from when they started in October is wild!

Almost every girl has mastered their overhand serve, they are setting it up with 3 touches almost every time, they are transitioning off the net and getting in their left, right, left approach etc. etc. etc!

These 8-10 year olds are playing some really pretty volleyball and getting complimented left and right because of it. SO proud of their growth and commitment to becoming better!

We will take a couple months off and then get back together in May for open gyms before tryouts in July!

Our U10 girls played in their first ever club volleyball tournament in the U11 division this past weekend and had a great first time showing!

The team is made up of 8, 9 and 10 year olds and they held their own against primarily 11 year olds.

They ended the Spring season last year at the Y “setting it up with 3 hits” for their final two points and are now almost exclusively setting the ball up every single play.

Beyond proud!

Back to the gym then go in preparation for their next tournament at the end of the month.
