Our experience was beyond terrible. Our car was damaged end of June 2018 because they were irresponsible. They left a canopy shelter out overnight. It blew off and damaged +4 cars. We were told by front desk staff (Cathy) that we needn't collect insurance info because they would take care of it. Over 2 months later, conveniently at the end of their season (Labor Day Weekend 2018) we were informed that they will not be covering our damages. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you have a car you're willing to get damaged due to their neglect be prepared to pay for the repairs yourself!
