Gravity & Grace Former dancer/choreographer who turned to aerial yoga to heal my body. Offering Bungee, Aerial & Mat Yoga, Pilates; + specialty classes for my chronic peeps!

In works to make aerial fitness available in Williamson Co! Private yoga instruction available [online or home, with masks]. My focus is on intruductory students & those struggling with Chronic Pain. Learn to practice yoga in slow restorative flows to help reset your body and regain strength, gently. Learn the very beginning steps to traditional yoga poses with proper alignment, build confidence for future group classes. I modify class content specifically for your body's level & location of chronic illness or inflammation. I am not a doctor. Always consult with your health care provider before beginning any exercise plan.

Intersted in doing something different with me?

I'm in the business planning stage of opening a brick & mortar location for Gravity & Grace. A new fitness & wellness studio in Williamson County. Hoping to open 2027.

We will offer Bungee Fitness--so far a first here-- as well as Aerial Yoga, mat Yoga, and pilates.

Specialty classes created for chronic pain/illness patients will be a focus. Trauma informed classes may also be included. These offerings will have lower fees and very flexible expiration. As a chronic illness fighter, I know i can't guarantee i can make 5 classes in 30 days every month! This is an area I would love to explore grants to fund.

If you have a passion for bringing fun to health & wellness as well as providing grace and access to wellness for all individuals, I'd love to hear from you!

Capital, I've got some. A business model that doesn't exist today, I've got that. Enough of me to teach all the classes, the skills to run numbers, and partner to bounce my crazy ideas to and help me pull it all together... those things, I don't have.

Have been consistently halfway normal feeling for about a month now. May dive back down any day, but I'm hoping I'm just finally on the right track. Let's hang!

Beyond my own hyperfixations, a growing number of curious people have expressed interest in trying bungee fitness and aerial yoga after discovering them on social media - and I believe this spark can ignite a movement I've been championing for several years now.

My research indicates a gap in local offerings in Williamson County, with options 20-30+ miles south offering classes with performance in mind or vibes that don't quite fit me, I'm inspired to turn this vision into reality.

As I lay the groundwork for Gravity & Grace, I'm seeking like-minded collaborators to co-create a holistic wellness program that empowers individuals through diverse offerings, including mat and aerial yoga, bungee fitness & dance, pilates, meditation, and specialized classes for chronic pain management and senior wellness.

For now enjoy my grandson spinning in the silks.

We've got all the resistance bands, kettle bells, medicine balls of all sizes, bolsters, steps, blocks, a ballet barre, and foam-padded Marley dance flooring.

And a locker that needs some artistic attention!

Two more trapeze to hang and a pole, yes we will have a pole! 😁😍
