PACT offers consultation and training in Mental Health and Substance abuse; Website Text to ASL Translation; counseling; and ASL interpreting.

PACT is a multi-service company with the primary goal of improving the quality of lives for individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. PACT has identified communication access, accessibility to mental health and substance abuse services, and accessibility to information as primary areas of focus and strives to enhance awareness and understanding of professionals who encounter Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in their work.
