und yoga to be a good way to build confidence and become a more positive woman through all of yoga's philosophy. The breathing techniques that I learned in yoga was most helpful for my anxiety. When I turned 18 I was old enough to start yoga teacher training or (YTT). I knew I wanted to share the peace, strength, and love for the universe that yoga brought to my life. That is why I decided to become a teacher. Other than teaching yoga, I am a 19 year old college student at MCC in Lowell, MA. I am currently a Liberal studies major but I would like to study in the Dental Hygiene program at MCC. I will always make yoga apart of my life though, know matter what! "Face your deficiencies and acknowledge them; but do not let them master you. Let them teach you patience, sweetness, insight... When we do the best we can, we never know what miracle is wrought in our life, or in the life of another."
