And so it comes full circle. My “brother” from Onondaga who inspired so much positive change from a chance meet visits the beach for his birthday! We mourn the loss of Nelson Vandehei who passed last week after a courageous struggle. Our hearts go out to his family and community. We along with will play this summer in his honor and his initials on our helmets and do our best to play with the same spirit and courage he lived his life with!
