One of the great aspects of the 26th Mile Clinton County Program this year has been doing the Nutrition Challenges with kids each week. We have shared many healthy snack ideas and snack-tivity pages in their folders for inspiration. Let's have some fun and "show me your healthy snack idea's" as we prepare for our 26th (or more) mile on Saturday.
It can be as simple as enjoying a wonderful Vit C rich fruit, or enjoying some healthy whole grain popcorn. Or you can get the kids in the kitchen to show what they have learned about making smoothies or one of our other snack ideas!!
Hope to see all your great pics here!!
