Howdy Folks!
Back in 2017 we decided to put Watersmith Kayaking on the back burner to pursue another opportunity. The world is very different today. Without any promotion or even a website we are regularly doing tours simply by referral and word of mouth. Due to this increasing demand and the great pleasure we have for taking people kayaking we are "restarting" Watersmith Kayaking. We look forward to seeing you and all the new folks, On The Water.
As before, most of our tours and classes will be done by request with a few, very special events scheduled. Our first scheduled tour will be our old favorite, The Three Sisters Swamp on the Black River.
We'll paddle down this incredible river on 11/29/20, there are 4 slots available. Message us here, or call 910 443-3345, or email us at [email protected].
We also do the following tours:
Rice/Town Creek
Shark's Tooth Is.
Masonboro Is.
Lea Is.
Shelter Creek
and custom locations

We look forward to seeing you all!!

Up for sale is a Current Design Squamish. This is one of the "funnest ", and sportiest sea kayaks ever made. Specifically designed to give smaller paddlers a "real" sea kayak to paddle. This boat has been so popular and successful that Current Design has been building it for more than 20 years with very few changes. Here's Current Design's description:
"The Squamish is a sporty boat that answers the call for a smaller rotomolded kayak that excels in touring performance. It represents a fresh approach to this category, incorporating some of the most desirable elements of North American and British design styles. The Squamish is sure to appeal to the wave of kayakers looking for a fun, easy-to-use, performance sea kayak for day paddling and short trips. Skeg and Dimension Adjustable Seat Back come standard. "
Brand new this boat goes for $1,299.00! We are selling this very lightly used boat for half that! Asking $650.
