HYROX is the world’s largest indoor fitness race, combining functional strength training with endurance. Athletes complete 8 x 1K runs, with a functional workout station after each run, creating the ultimate test of strength, stamina, and mental toughness. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, HYROX is designed for every fitness level.
Here at ISI Elite Training we’re proud to be an official HYROX partner! Even better, we host HYROX-specific workouts twice a month, giving our members the opportunity to train for race day in a fun, supportive environment.
The best part? Every session at ISI is designed to help build the strength, endurance, and confidence needed to tackle a HYROX race. Whether racing is your goal or you’re simply looking to get stronger and fitter, our training prepares you for it all.
We’re especially excited to have an amazing group of members heading to HYROX Washington DC together! The energy and support within our community has been incredible.
And there’s more to come—we’ll be hosting our first official HYROX Simulation soon, giving athletes the chance to experience race-day conditions before stepping onto the competition floor. Moving forward, we’ll host four HYROX Sims each year to help our members track progress, build confidence, and prepare for upcoming races.

We’re excited to officially launch this partnership with Capt’n Bill’s! 🎉 Each month, we’ll be hosting a workout before the Saturday volleyball tournaments, bringing athletes and our community together to move, sweat, and have fun.
